Cancellation Policy

To ensure optimal service and availability for all of our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 30% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. We understand some things come up, feel free to reach out for special circumstances.
